We are seeking talented and passionate Recruitment Executives to become a part of our Scouters Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. You will be instrumental in talent acquisition, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities : Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Strong Verbal and Written communication skills Candidate Relationship Management Leadership hiring: End to end process involvement from screening resumes to conducting interviews to assessing fitment. Strong Prospecting experience using LinkedIn. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months to 5 years, 0Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Skills : Interviewing and assessment skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
