About the role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build a company of builders, problem solvers, and passionate creators. What you'll do As a core member of our people operations function, you will: Drive Recruitment Operations Own end-to-end hiring: from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. Write clear, engaging job descriptions and build compelling job posts. Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy. Source & Engage Exceptional Talent Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and job boards to scout talent. Build and maintain an active pipeline for both tech and non-tech roles. Reach out creatively and represent Opsolute with empathy and clarity. Elevate Candidate Experience Be the point of contact for candidates—ensuring timely communication, clarity, and an unforgettable interview experience. Schedule interviews, manage feedback cycles, and own follow-ups. Support Employer Branding Contribute to social media hiring campaigns, team spotlights, and culture content. Help position Opsolute as a preferred place to work in the cloud-tech space. Analytics & Process Optimization Track recruitment metrics and continuously suggest improvements.
