We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Engage with passive candidates and build strong relationships. Job Posting & Employer Branding Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent. Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding strategies. Screening & Interviewing Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Use structured interviews and assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively. Offer Management & Negotiation Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-boarding processes. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Stakeholder & Process Management Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Work closely with HR teams to align hiring strategies with business goals. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . Recruitment Analytics & Reporting Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Analyze hiring trends and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
