We're Hiring: Talent Aquisition Specialist Location: Aundh, Pune Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Aquisition Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end hiring processes. This role is based on-site in Aundh, Pune. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media Coordinate with department heads and schedule interviews Maintain hiring trackers and reports Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience What We're Looking For: 6 months–1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment Excellent communication and coordination skills Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Excel, and ATS tools Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR is a plus) Proficiency in Marathi and English Schedule: Day shift On-site role (Aundh, Pune) Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Language: Marathi (Required) Work Location: In person
