Role & responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing and Recruiting: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, social media & Job consultants. - 2. Candidate Assessment and Selection: - Screen resumes and job applications. - Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications & skills 3. Collaboration and Relationship Management: - Liaise with internal teams such as HR, operations, and senior leadership to ensure smooth hiring processes. 4. Data Management and Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting activities in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). - Provide regular reporting and analytics on hiring progress, key metrics, and recruitment trends. -Key Skills: -Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices. -Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both candidates and internal stakeholders
