This role focuses on building high-performing tech teams, staying aligned with market trends, and positioning the company as an employer of choice. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing talent through various channels, fostering a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs. By leveraging data-driven strategies and technical acumen, the role ensures efficient hiring while supporting Pine Labs' growth in the competitive fintech landscape. THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Sourcing Strategy: Leverage multiple channels like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline of tech talent. Candidate Screening: Conduct technical and behavioral pre-screening to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and providing timely updates on recruitment progress. Tech Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes within the tech domain. Employer Branding: Represent Pine Labs as an employer of choice by creating an engaging candidate experience and promoting our employer brand on various platforms. WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE Experience & Portfolio: 8+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in fintech, startups, or product-based companies. Technical Skills & Efficiency Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technologies, programming languages, and tech stacks to effectively assess and engage candidates. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in offer negotiations to secure top talent Communication & Ownership Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
