Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, create effective strategies, and deliver quality candidates for various roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company. Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels. Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and build a pipeline of candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize creative and modern sourcing methods to identify high-quality candidates. Interviewing & Selection: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Assist with the interview process and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience. Offer Management & Onboarding: Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms where required. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other relevant departments. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing methods, and recruitment metrics. Regularly report on recruitment status, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications: Education: Master's or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Personality Traits: Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
