Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, draft accurate job descriptions, source top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Draft, update, and finalize job descriptions in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Post job openings on internal and external platforms including job boards, social media, and company website. Source candidates using various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events. Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback sessions with hiring teams. Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process. Prepare offer letters, handle negotiations, and assist in pre-joining formalities. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives including campus hiring, walk-ins, and job fairs. Provide regular hiring updates and reports to HR leadership and management. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to draft clear and role-specific job descriptions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and hiring practices. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
