Key Responsibilities Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier SaaS talent . Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring processes. Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate quality and culture fit. Leverage data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize recruitment funnels. Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance ZenTrades.AI s visibility in the talent market. Collaborate with leadership to optimize and scale hiring operations in alignment with company growth. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup environments . Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, sales, and growth roles . Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment tools . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills . Ability to work efficiently in early morning shifts (4 AM - 2 PM) . Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving hiring processes . A self-starter with a hustle mentality excited about solving hiring challenges in a high-growth startup.
