About Our Founders: Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey’s Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and InMobi Data Scientist (Avi Patchava, Varun Modi, Avinash Ramakath, Jayashree Merwade) What You'll Do? Job Requisition Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job requisitions. Review and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and teams. Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as required. Candidate Management: Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage the interview scheduling and coordination process. Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Offer and Onboarding: Extend job offers and negotiate terms as needed. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize the talent acquisition process. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements. What You'll Bring? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
