Talent and Transformation Executive The Job Digiboxx.com - India s 1st Digital Asset Management company is looking for Talent and Transformation Executive (HR Executive) . Your responsibilities will include... Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition (Experience in IT hiring would be preferred), interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for standalone, and specialized roles; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job roles. - Manage on boarding of new employees and ensure the on boarding process is followed. - Drive Performance Management System across the organization with VP - Talent and Transformation. - Manage current Rewards and Recognition with an objective to motivate and drive excellence and share ideas. - Drive Employee Engagement and make it a joyous place to work. - Take learning and development initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees, enabling them to grow and business to be talent ready. - Other HR activities (If any). Your Skills and Experience - 2-5 years of experience in HR - MBA in HR would be preferred. - Ability to work with employees, collaborate, adapt to a high pressure environment. - Should have a ttention to detail and hands-on experience on Microsoft office / Google spreadsheets. - Excellent written and verbal communication
