Role DescriptionWe are looking for a sharp, driven, and emotionally intelligent Talent Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of entertainment, digital content, and celebrity management and understands the unique demands of working with actors, digital creators, sportspersons, and public personalities. As a Talent Manager, you won’t just manage calendars and calls. You’ll be a core part of shaping careers. You’ll work closely with our talents on a daily basis, helping them navigate scripts, brand deals, media appearances, and personal milestones. You’ll be expected to strategize long-term goals, troubleshoot daily chaos, and act as the bridge between the artist and the world, including brand managers, casting directors, PR teams, and content producers. Who You Are You have 1 to 3 years of experience in talent management, celebrity PR, brand management, influencer marketing, or entertainment strategy.You understand the entertainment and digital landscape and know how to turn insights into tangible results for talent.You’re highly organized, thrive under pressure, and can manage multiple artists and projects simultaneously.You’re diplomatic, professional, and know how to protect your client’s interests while maintaining healthy industry relationships.You’re flexible with your schedule and understand that talent-related needs may not always follow a 9-to-5 routine.You’re a great listener, a smart negotiator, and a problem solver at heart.You are based in Mumbai and available to attend shoots, meetings, or events at short notice. Bonus Points If You Have existing relationships in the film, OTT, advertising, or creator ecosystem.
