Programme Overview Flutter has undertaken a major initiative to transform HR through the end-to-end design and implementation of a future state HR experience, which involves a redesign of the operating model and implementing a range of HR systems such as Workday, Beamery and Peakon, to deliver a digitally enabled HR function and workplace. This initiative allows for dynamic decision making, global streamlined and automated processes, a digital mindset, all while providing the right structure and tools to manage people and business growth. As Flutter continues to expand across the globe, further support will be required to onboard new brands to the global HR ecosystem and to continuously refine and enhance the functionality and processes built today. Role Overview This role is responsible for enabling the success of the Talent, Performance and Learning processes and solutions including the design and delivery of functionality such as goals, feedback, succession planning, performance and learning. The Design Analyst will support the Design Lead to build an exceptional employee experience by managing requirements and competing priorities in a high growth environment. This full-time role is expected to start May 2025. Some out of hours will be required to fulfil project needs and international working times. The role is hybrid, but the nature of the role may require some level of travel during the project and at key times of the project may be heavy (examples are design workshops, during testing and for go-live). Responsibilities • Support on all end-to-end design aspects of Talent, Performance and Learning including the design for Workday and additional enabling technologies or services, reporting to the Lead Design Manager • Effectively contribute to the Design team to help deliver a collective and joined-up approach to enhance the user experience of Flutter global design • Preparation of design workshop materials to enable accurate capture of local/legal/regulatory design requirements and actions • Support with discovery for any new brands for specialist area, including documenting how processes work for different global brands today • Build strong relationships with colleagues to support in understanding stakeholder requirements and tracking and communicating design decisions • Identify, recommend and track changes required to global HR processes • Facilitate the transition of agreed processes and knowledge to wider teams, enabling creation of support material • Support testing execution, including review of test scripts and service rehearsals of processes to ensure robustness of design • Support with cutover processes and data queries, including answering questions raised by local HR teams on interim cutover process where required Skills and Knowledge • Understanding of global HR disciplines with knowledge of Talent, Performance and Learning principles and processes • Experience of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with different teams and working as a team player • Experience of process design with demonstration of exceptional attention to detail • Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and proactive approach to work • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently • Proficient using Office365 tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook • Experience in working in a federated organisation would be desirable but not essential • Desire to change the game
