Job Title: Associate Consultant Finance Business PartnerLocation: [ Hyderabad ] Experience: 5+ Years Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead the financial operations of our education institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly and annual financial reports and management accounts Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and local regulations Handle month-end closing, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Support senior management with financial insights and decision-making Work with auditors and ensure regulatory reporting Monitor and manage financial risks and internal controls Reconcile student numbers and ensure accuracy in reporting Key SkillsStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Hands-on experience with month-end processes and internal controls Knowledge of UK financial regulations (preferred) Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Excellent communication skills able to work with both finance and non-finance teams Preferred Background5+ years of experience in financial reporting and planning Experience in education sector or mid-to-large size organizations Professional certification (CA/CMA) is highly desirable Qualification: CA / CMA / Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Industry: Education / EdTech (preferred)
