Testing Applications: • Perform manual and automated testing for LLMs, chatbots, mobile applications, and web platforms. • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability. Automation Development: • Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, and Pytest. • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Bug Identification & Reporting: • Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements for better performance. Quality Assurance Processes: • Develop and enhance QA processes and frameworks for consistent and efficient testing. • Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms. Collaboration: • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project requirements. • Participate in sprint planning and provide QA insights for continuous improvement.
