Job descriptionREQUEST ;ONLY CANDIDATE WITH RELEVANT SKILLS, INTEREST AND EXPERIENCE AS PER JOB DESCRIPTION TO APPLY;Job Summary:Our company is looking for a qualified Accountant having experience in Book keeping, Finance, Taxation and Monthly Information System;Responsibilities:Daily Accounting Entries in Tally:Recording Sales & Purchase transactions;Payments & Receipts;Posting Journal Entries;Expense Vouchers;Bank Reconciliation;Ledger Reconciliation:Regular review and reconciliation of ledgers;Monthly Workings & Reporting:Maintaining Fixed Assets Register;Managing Provisions & Prepaid Expenses;Handling Forex Transactions & Interest Calculations;Preparing Inventory Workings;Payroll Processing:Salary, Wages, and Overtime Calculation;Documentation & Compliance:Scanning & Filing of Documents;Ensuring proper record-keeping;Taxation & Statutory Compliance:TDS Workings & Payments;GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Preparation & Filing with CA Assistance;Managing Vendor Payments & Statutory Payments (TDS, GST, PF, NPS, ESIC, PT);Management Information System (MIS) Preparation:Preparing financial and accounting reports for management review;Skills & Requirements:Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel;Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances;Experience in ledger reconciliation;Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors / Masters in Commerce; Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting department; preferably with a multi national company; Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel;
