Here is an indicative list of responsibilities, You will help customer start their digital journey with the app installation and configuration Build and catalogue the profile of the digital customers Create marketing programs such as offers and promoting the offers with the retailer’s end-customers Engage the retailer to create new customer offers and to promote it Explain new product features and train the retailers to use the feature Constantly engage with the retailer to ensure app usage Update retailers with periodic reports and performance of their online store Support retailers with their online initiatives through Tarnea App Build referrals and positive testimonials from the retailers Execute outdoor promotions across residential societies, apartments in the neighbourhood and promote the online store of the pharmacyAbout you You are a recent graduate in any stream. MBA would be an added advantage. You have a sound technical knowledge to handle mobile phones, install apps, handle social media configurations. You have 1-2 year of experience in providing technical support or pre-sales based on Android apps.
