Execution / Implementation - Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct testing of RADAR subsystems, electronic PCB assemblies, and modules in the ESS Lab System Integration & Installation: Perform system integration, installation, and testing (FAT, HAT, SAT) Field Trials & Customer Support: Support on-site product installation, servicing, and troubleshooting Use of Test Instruments: Operate and analyze data using Vector Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, and other RF measuring instruments Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to EMI/EMC testing requirements and troubleshoot as needed Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and customer requirements Shift & Extended Hours: Work in rotational shifts (day/night) and extend hours as needed to support project timelines

Execution / Implementation - Responsible in handling/ensuring D2D all materails movement documentation Shall ensure in-time clearances of all Export/import transactions Capable of getting approvals (both satuatory & operationals) from GOI departments on own People Related - Shall be very professional and very transparent while dealing with Government departments Shall be very informative and a guide to the relevant internal customers and always alert /educate them on trade policies and compliances Administrative / Co-Ordination - Shall handle /co-ordinate with CHAs & FFs and utilise the resources to the maximum Shall be able to guide,control & monitor goods gate Security teams related to goods movements Coordinate with sez/ customs auditors.

Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures. Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments. Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies. Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations. Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data. Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Strategic - 1) Deciding the frequency of Preventive & Predictive maintenance based on past learnings, break down trend & RCCA. 2) Implementation / Ensuring Digitization TPM & SAP-PM Module as per business requirement, 1) Managing the sub-ordinates to work on holidays time , as not to effect production hours. 2) Conducting trainings on operation of equipments Execution / Implementation - 1) Adherence of Preventive Maintenance & Autonomous Mainteance 2) Maintaining the Availability of equipments for production by Technical and Maintenance support to Assembly / Internal customers including addition , alternation , Modifications etc. 3) Facilatiting for new projects implementation from PEM side 4) Complete implementation of SAP PM Module up to End user Usage & Training for new projects also 5) Taking initiatives for Cost saving , KAIZENS , Poka-yokes for safety related from PEM 6) Adherence to availability of critical mechanical and hand tools spares 7) Identifying & Preparing list of mechanical and hand tools spares & Planning for inventory of same 8) RCCA for each mechanical break downs & exploring possibility of MTTR / MTBF Kaizen. 9) Compliance related to AS 9100, SAP & EHS. Administrative / Co-Ordination - 1) Co-ordination to team members and contract employees for regular activities. 2) Co-Ordination with team towards achieving audits like AS9100C , OHSAS , ISO5001 etc
