Key Responsibilities: RCM Verification: Perform regular reconciliation of RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) in 2B vs Books IMPG & IMPS expense GLs. Verify IMPG Reco with GSTR-2B and BOE (Bill of Entry) copy to ensure accurate reporting. Expense GL Verification: Conduct verification of Expense GL entries with respect to GST and TDS compliance. Ensure correct posting of GST expenses and their proper classification. Credit/Debit Notes Management: Track and reconcile Credit/Debit Notes for IMS (Intercompany Management System) transactions. Review and ensure the proper adjustment of credit/debit notes against supplier invoices. Revenue Reconciliation: Perform revenue reconciliation by comparing Returns with Trial Balance to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. ISD Return Filing & Invoices Distribution: Manage ISD (Input Service Distributor) return filings, ensuring timely submission. Raise invoices to distribute ITC (Input Tax Credit) across departments and locations accurately. Ineligible Expense Identification: Identify ineligible expenses accounted for in eligible GLs and vice versa. Correct any discrepancies and ensure all GL entries are in line with GST guidelines. IMS Vendor Invoice Processing: Monitor the IMS requirement to Accept/Reject Debit Notes (DN) and Credit Notes (CN) filed by suppliers on a monthly basis. Ensure timely processing and resolution of DN/CN to avoid discrepancies in supplier payments. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all reconciliation tasks and verifications align with statutory requirements and best practices for GST compliance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in GST Reconciliation , IMS Management , and Expense GL verification . Strong understanding of RCM , ISD Returns , GSTR-2B , GST regulations , and Intercompany Transactions . Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with tax and financial audits.
