Job Description/Roles Active Directory, file Server, Web Server (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and Application Server Management Database Server like MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL installation, troubleshooting and Backup Installation of New Windows Server, Linux and Desktop systems Windows Server and Linux application/ Software like VB, C# , .net etc. installation and troubleshooting Basic knowledge of Public cloud management like AWS, Azure etc Virtual Hypervisor management like Hyper-V or Esxi Virtual Machine/Server management and Backup Troubleshooting basic server hardware and OS issues Assist management, patch deployment and server up-gradation Monitor and maintain server(s) performance and availability, troubleshooting OS issues Respond to end user issues that have escalated from Desktop Support Work on ongoing IT projects as assign (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
