We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, With a focus on automation, to lead our automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. This role requires hands-on experience in automation, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to improve our testing efficiency and software quality. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA automation engineers. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for testing TCPWaves DDI, ADC, and security solutions. Oversee test automation strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for UI, API, and performance testing. Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution. Collaborate with development, security, and product management teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. Drive improvements in test automation coverage, execution speed, and test reliability. Identify, analyze, and report testing metrics and quality KPIs to stakeholders. Investigate failures, troubleshoot root causes, and continuously improve automation test scripts. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in automation and DevOps. 8+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Locust or similar. Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes is a plus. Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Solid understanding of networking concepts, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and load balancing. Knowledge of security testing tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or Nessus is a plus. Hands-on experience with Linux OS, tools, and shell scripting. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
