Position: Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and business growth. Develop and implement effective strategies for agency development, expansion, and improvement. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products to existing customers. Monitor performance metrics such as agent productivity, retention rates, and overall team performance. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in field sales or related roles (agency channel preferred). Strong understanding of life insurance industry trends and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Qualification: Any Graduate Must have field sales experience. must have two-wheelers and a valid licence.
