Job Description

We are looking for a Developer Lead for a C/C++ development, who will lead a team and be responsible for the delivery of the software. The position is based out of Chennai. Responsibilities: Design, development and maintenance of C/C++-based software in Linux Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements. Write efficient, maintainable code and perform code reviews. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address these issues. Maintain documentation related to software development activities. Ensure applications meet security and performance standards. Leading team and guiding team members. Mandatory skills: Proficiency in C/C++ and Linux. Knowledge of networking, especially Packet processing and Filtering Creation of High Level Low-Level design documents. Familiarity with debugging tools like GDB Experience with version control systems such as Git. Leading a team of 5+ members. Familiarity with both Waterfall Agile SDLC. Desirable skills: Linux Internals. Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSc - IT
