We are on the lookout for Team Lead to drive our software development efforts. In this role, you will facilitate collaboration among clients, development teams, testers, and management, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 2. Foster effective collaboration between development team, and management to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals. 3. Analyze, design, and execute software projects from start to finish. 4. Review queries and codes and Implement best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. 5. Mentor the IT team to achieve their best performance. 6. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges. 7. Facilitate a supportive and productive team environment that encourages growth and innovation. 8. Allocate tasks effectively among team members based on their strengths and project requirements. 9. Provide technical direction and support to the team, assisting with problem-solving and complex issues. 10. Encourage a culture of learning and innovation. 11. Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to management and stakeholders. 12. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impact. 13. Work closely with other departments (e.g., Cutomer Support) to understand the issues they face and ensure cohesive project development and delivery. Technical Skills: Proficient in .Net, MYSQL/SQL Server, PHP, Laravel Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, APIs, Automation, Quality Assurance and web services. Knowledge of React, Python, and Node.js is a plus. Skills: Leadership Skills, Good Communication Skills, Project and Task Management, Capacity Management, Training and /development, Logical thinking, Problem-Solving Skills, Reporting and Documentation. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of software development experience in software development. 3. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Experience with project management tools is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience with FinTech projects. Experience working in an early-stage startup or complex project environments.
