Role: Technical Team Lead Experience : 7+ years Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Programming: SQL and Any Server Programming Language (preferably .NET (C#), Python, React etc.,) Data Engineering: ETL, Data Warehousing, Big Data, Azure Data Factory Cloud Technologies: Azure, Azure DevOps, Synapse, Databricks DevOps: CI/CD, Git Data Analysis: Power BI, SQL, Data Visualization *Azure Cloud Certifications Soft Skills Strong leadership & team management Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement Problem-solving & critical thinking Client handling & reporting experience Scrum & Agile methodology expertise Technical Leadership & Development Lead the design, development, and deployment of data engineering solutions using .NET, C#, Python. Guide the team in best coding practices, design patterns, and architectural decisions. Implement and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Ensure high-quality software through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization. Data Engineering & Analytics Work with structured and unstructured data for reporting and analysis. Build data pipelines and optimize data flows using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or similar tools. Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide insights and recommendations. Cloud & DevOps (Azure Expertise) Architect, deploy, and manage Azure cloud-based solutions. Leverage Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) for efficient data operations. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated deployments. Monitor and optimize cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency. Agile & Scrum Process Implementation Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and sprint goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Client & Stakeholder Management Engage with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner for decision-makers. Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and analytics. Address client concerns and provide post-implementation support. Team Management & Mentorship Mentor and train junior engineers in data engineering, programming, and cloud technologies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. Conduct performance reviews and provide career guidance to team members. Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal team productivity. Reporting & Documentation Develop technical documentation, including design documents, best practices, and user guides. Generate reports on project progress, sprint outcomes, and team performance. Ensure proper documentation of data models, ETL workflows, and cloud architectures.
