Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Team Lead to drive lead conversion, manage a team of pre-sales executives, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling, lead nurturing, and sales operations with leadership capabilities to ensure team performance and target achievement. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Pre-Sales Executives to achieve sales conversion goals. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead Conversion & Customer Engagement Strategize and implement effective calling and lead conversion techniques to maximize walk-ins. Engage with high-potential leads, address concerns, and support complex conversions. Ensure exceptional customer experience through professional and persuasive communication. Process Optimization & Reporting Develop and refine call scripts, objection-handling strategies, and sales pitches . Track and analyze lead conversion metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate CRM records and optimize workflows for seamless operations. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline lead handovers. Provide feedback to marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Ensure smooth coordination between telecalling efforts and store visits . Requirements: 6-10 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, lead conversion, or customer engagement , with at least 2+ years in a leadership role . Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and sales analytics . Proven ability to drive performance, meet targets, and optimize conversion strategies . Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil (preferred). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
