Role Overview/Your Impact 1) Making sure internal processes documentation and checklist are followed and maintained in a timely manner. 2) Complete ownership of multiple wireline TEM activities which includes invoice processing, monthly invoice audit, AP payment file creation and maintenance, Research on past due balance/ Payment reconciliation. 3) To interact with vendors to procure invoice copies, information on payments, resolve past due/payment issues, etc. 4) To interact with Clients via emails, conference calls, etc. 5) Responsible for Clients assigned to work on TEM (invoice management) process (from procurement to pay the telecom invoices). 6) Interacting with India team Analysts / US team to resolve any questions arising from Vendor / Client. 7) Governance of overall processes. 8) Identify process improvements and discuss with Managers and above. 9) Responsible for People Management KRA setting, performance evaluation and sharing timely feedback and highlight critical cases to Manager’s attention. 10) To take ownership of reporting (weekly/monthly) What Does the team do The Invoice Management team in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) is responsible for end-to-end handling of telecom invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. This includes timely invoice receipts, validation, dispute resolution, approvals, and timely processing for payment with accurate cost center and GL codes. Team also identifies billing discrepancies, resolves disputes with vendors, and ensures contract compliance. Additionally, they analyze invoice data to optimize telecom spend and provide detailed reporting for financial planning. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors are essential for this role. Our Expectations 1) Excellent written, verbal and internal personal skills. 2) Ability to work independently and as well in team 3) Self- Motivated 4) Leadership skills, team building, Problem solving attitude. 5) 7-10 years’ industry experience in relevant domain, experience in Telecommunications is preferred. 6) Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling a team of 5-10 resources. 7) Understanding of Telecom various telecom billing platforms 8) Knowledge of domestic as well US/Canada/Europe Telecom service providers and billing platforms will be added advantage (Tata Communications, Reliance, BT Telecom, Bell Canada, AT&T) 9) Well versed with Telecom services & Networks (Voice and Data Networks) 10) Microsoft reporting tools and reporting. 11) Education – Graduate/ Postgraduate. 12) Strong and advanced excel knowledge & Flexible with shifts.
