Team Leader Tamil / Malayalam Voice Process Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore Gender: Male / Female Work Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM Salary: Best in Industry About the Role: We are hiring a Team Leader for our Matrimony Voice Sales Process . This role requires strong leadership , sales expertise , and the ability to manage and guide a team effectively in Tamil or Malayalam . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a telesales team focused on sales services Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets Ensure smooth workflow, team coordination, and daily operations Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback Guide, support, and coach team members to improve their skills Conduct training sessions to upskill agents on communication and sales techniques Address team challenges and provide cognitive and analytical support when needed Maintain high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction Prepare performance reports and communicate progress to management Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Sales Voice Process Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team effectively Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
