Function - Inside Sales Designation - Team Lead ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve sales targets for Team members Track the RPA of the team Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process Coordinate with business, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve the targets Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new scripts or features Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and conversion Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met Build an open-communication environment for your team Key Qualifications : Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel 5+ years total experience.
