Job Description

Requirements / Responsibilities Lead and guide the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. Take full ownership of the front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET Core, APIs) architecture and implementation. Manage and optimize MS SQL databases and ensure smooth data operations. Actively monitor team progress, check in on tasks regularly, and ensure everyone is on the right track. Provide on-the-spot technical assistance to team members and resolve any doubts or issues immediately. Conduct regular code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders for technical requirements and progress updates. Continuously improve development processes and recommend technology upgrades where applicable. Must Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.Expertise in: ○ Angular (latest versions) ○ .NET Core ○ RESTful APIs ○ MS SQL Server Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues.Proven experience in leading teams and handling technical escalations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and move around the team as required.
