MPS is hiring for Team Lead for Peer Review Service Job Description: The Peer Review Services Lead will be a key figure responsible for leading a team of Editorial Assistants and ensuring the seamless execution of all peer review activities in adherence to established guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in peer review process and demonstrate proficiency in team management. Key Responsibilities : Manage and lead a team of Editorial Assistants, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to established procedures. Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all peer review reports, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness in the review process. Provide guidance and support to Editorial Assistants, fostering a positive and productive working environment. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to peer review, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Ensure all peer review activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, meeting quality standards and deadlines. Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all peer review reports, maintaining high standards of quality in the review process. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance collaboration and communication. Set up governance calls with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain a strong partnership. Qualifications: Ph.D./Master in a relevant subject. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in peer review within a related field. Proven experience in managing a team of Editorial Assistants, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate efficient team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
