Job Description

Skills (Required) Minimum of 10 years of experience in PHP Development. Proven Team Lead Experience, including leading development teams, mentoring, and project oversight. Strong proficiency in the PHP programming language. Extensive hands-on experience with the Symfony Framework. Deep understanding of web application architecture and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide technical guidance and architectural direction for application design and development using PHP and Symfony. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using PHP and the Symfony framework. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Manage development tasks, timelines, and resources within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production problems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Good To Have Experience with Security testing methodologies and tools. Experience with Security enhancement and developing approaches towards enhancing application security. Experience with PHP version upgrades. Experience with Continuous Deployment (CD) practices and tools. Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and CI/CD pipelines.
