Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, team management, and strategic hiring for the education industry. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the education sector. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and clients. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring process. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in education recruitment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Train and mentor recruitment team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices. Experience in education sector hiring or EdTech recruitment preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals. Strong analytical skills to track and improve recruitment performance.
