Job Description: Credentialing and Re-credentialing: Manage the process of credentialing and re-credentialing healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. Verification of Credentials: Verify the accuracy of providers' credentials, including educational qualifications, licenses, certifications, and employment history. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing databases and records. Insurance Calling: Call Insurance companies regard to provider enrollment and current Status. Team Lead / SME position requirements 3+ years' experience in Provider end Payer Credentialing along with a minimum of 6 months of team handling and client interaction Strong Knowledge of PECOS, CAQH and other online applications. Minimum bachelors degree in any stream. Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with insurance companies and onshore teams. Strong Writing and Analytical skills. J owledge in total RCM will be an added advantage.J
