Job Description: Flexsin is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing (SMM) Team Lead, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. You will manage a team of social media specialists, ensuring that campaigns align with overall marketing goals and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities: Analyze campaign performance and provide practical recommendations based on key metrics like engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversions. Oversee the creation and management of content calendars, ensuring timely execution of daily, weekly, and monthly campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Guide the team in producing creative, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and stories) that aligns with the brand s voice and objectives. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in collaboration with paid media teams. Ensure alignment between organic and paid social strategies to maximize overall results. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure all social media initiatives align with overall marketing objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients (if agency-based), providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Carry 4- 6 Years of experience in Social Media Marketing Should have 2 Years of experience as Team Lead. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong leadership and team management abilities. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
