Description & Requirements Position Summary: The Team Lead takes the lead in this new team, as a hands-on developer who also provides a level of line management and co-ordination to the team. The team lead has a dotted line to the R&D senior leadership team, to represent the Hyderabad team and co-ordinate with activities. As a developer, the person also works closely with Business Analysts, Product Owner, Product Managers, QA and Support teams to develop new functionality and provide an excellent experience for our customers and partners. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Developing new software features and enhancing existing functionality, working within our agile scrum teams, alongside product owner / business analyst, developers, QA, scrum master. Our teams are based across the USA, Shanghai China, Manila and India, you may be working in teams with individuals from these localities. Providing basic line management and leadership to the India developer team, backed up by the development senior leadership team and local senior management. Mentoring and supporting less experienced developers, both directly with code review and indirectly with advice and guidance. Supporting product owner in understanding complexity of work, identifying constraints and dependencies and in estimating delivery timescales. Basic Qualifications: Strong analytic problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Stack Technologies: Visual Studio, C#, . Net Database server development and performance experience (SQL) Ability to manage multiple tasks Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with modern development concepts: OOP, CI/CD, SOLID, TDD, API-First Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience 14+ years of work experience Preferred Qualifications: ERP software experience Agile Development Experience Web Service Application ASP.
