Department : IT Support Experience : 5+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our IT support team. This role will involve managing incident resolution, ensuring timely escalations, and maintaining high team performance. The Team Lead will also be responsible for vendor coordination, executive communication, and ensuring business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring effective incident management and resolution. Manage escalations and coordinate with vendors for resolution. Communicate incident status and updates to executives. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery processes are followed. Monitor and assess team performance, offering guidance and feedback. Maintain availability and flexibility to address critical issues. Qualifications: Proven experience in team leadership and IT support. Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or a related field.
