Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team and monitor their performance. Monitor sales calls and guide sales executives to improve pitch, close rates, and customer engagement. Set individual and team sales targets, and coach team members on effective sales techniques. Provide regular feedback to sales executives to help improve performance. Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Prepare and manage the team roster, track attendance, and generate sales performance reports. Motivate the team to achieve both individual and organizational sales goals. Develop and implement action plans to meet short-term and long-term sales objectives. Conduct and facilitate sales training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Conduct weekly performance reviews and sales strategy meetings. Foster a high-energy, goal-driven environment that inspires the sales team to exceed targets. Preference and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader (on papers). Must have hands-on experience with CRM tools and outbound sales processes. Strong communication and persuasive skills; ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Graduation Compulsory.
