Job Title: Lead Recruiter / Team Lead (US IT Staffing) Location: Vadodara Shift: Night Shift (EST) About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Recruiter/Team Lead to join our growing US IT Staffing team. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can mentor a team, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of top-tier IT talent. Youll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts and team performance while building a pipeline of high-quality candidates for our clients across the US. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of IT consultants for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Develop sourcing strategies using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and internal databases. Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team skills and productivity. Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, and negotiation of offers/rates. Ensure compliance with client policies and US labor laws (e.g., USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT statuses). Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other internal databases. Analyze recruiting metrics and suggest improvements in processes and tools.
