Department: Inside Tele Sales Team Experience: 2 to 5 Years in sales Roles and Responsibilies: To ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met. Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales execuves and driving producvity. Managing the day-to-day acvies of the team. Assisng team in closing the sales. Ensuring that the execuves meet targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved. Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels. Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly movang execuves. Achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and producvity targets for the team. DO KRA (Key Result Area) management and reporng. Give mely & real-me feedback with a view to improving calls. Absenteeism and arion management. Ensure Log-in hours are maintained as per set standards. Maintaining the lead hygiene of the team.
