Job Summary: We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of Verification. The role involves ensuring smooth loan processing, credit assessment, and achieving business targets Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets. Conduct training and upskilling sessions for team members. Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly team performance reports. Prepare rosters, shrinkage and attrition calculations, and agent reports. Manage a team of 20-25 agents Drive process innovation, internalization, and continuous improvement. Handle issue escalation and ensure timely resolution. Key Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in loan processing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing a team of 20-25 agents. Strong knowledge of Excel Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
