JD for customer service role. Position: Team Leader - customer service executive Location: Mumbai Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive TL - Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound team to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, schedule appointments, or conduct surveys. Key Responsibilities: Manage team who are calling prospective clients/customers. Explain products or services in a clear and engaging manner. Generate leads and follow up with interested parties. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Handle customer objections and questions professionally. Assist in improving call scripts and sales techniques based on feedback. Provide timely reports on call activity and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of language(s) Confidence and ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
