Job Title: Team Leader - BPO Location: K ochi ,Kerala Experience:- 2 year's Experience as TL in call center Salary:- Upto 4LPA Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service agents to achieve individual and team performance targets. Monitor call handling metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational metrics to management. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experiences. Foster a positive team culture and promote employee engagement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred). Proven experience in a BPO environment in a leadership role. Strong understanding of call center operations and metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
