Job Description

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the BFSI sector. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Ensure that the team adheres to company policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the team. Requirements Minimum of 15 years of experience in BFSI Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Experience in leading a team of sales executives. In-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector, including industry trends and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in IT solutions sales, specifically in the BFSI sector, is preferred.
