Job Description

Job Purpose - Team Leader is a vital link between inputter & authorizer staff catering to a business segment on the one hand, and the unit head on the other, who typically handles several teams segments. Job Responsibilities - Processing Teams CAMs/Limit release/Post monitoring Unit - 1. Appropriate floor management to ensure that files are processed in FIFO basis and as per agreed TAT. 2. Ensuring correctness & completeness of security documentation as per CAM, Credit Policy & Legal opinion. 3. 100% accuracy in setting limits in core other support systems that have financial impact. 4. 100% Accuracu in Stock statements, insurance, LAD updation and other post monitoring activities 5. Co ordinating with Business/Credit/Legal for all SBLC/SBBG related matters and act as a custodian 6. Coordinating with Credit Legal for appropriate clarifications suo moto basis business contention. 7. Handling complicated unique cases & providing guidance to inputter authorizer. 8. Ensuring that audit queries observations are addressed in a timely & satisfactory manner. To ensure Satisfactory audit rating on an ongoing basis for the function. 9. Digital Signing of CHG-1 & CHG-4 for creation & satisfaction of charge with ROC. 10. Understanding & implementing process changes necessitated by change in Credit policy, legal requirement & or business dynamics, and ensuring ongoing adherence basis periodic reviews. Mortgage - 1. Monitoring the functions of the team intervening providing support if needed. 2. Floor management to ensure that distribution of workload is done dynamically to meet TAT committed to Business. 3. Circulating the data to all State Heads on a monthly basis for reconciliation of mortgages PAN India. 4. Reconciliation of PRPS mortgages with CERSAI. 5. Arranging concalls visiting clients advocates office for clearance of discrepancies in TSRs valuation reports, particularly in large value transaction involving multiple properties. 6. Reviewing draft audit response and submitting the same to audit. 7. Meeting Business segments periodically to feel market pulse & to share Ops concerns, if any. Internal & Regulatory Reporting - 1. Reviewing and supervision of critical & major MIS Reports like Priority Sector Lending, Industry & Grading, Capital Market Exposure, Real Estate Exposure and published at various frequencies to the business segments, senior management, board as well RBI and other external authorities. 2. Reviewing and supervision of critical & major Control Reports like TODs, Deferrals, Transactions without Limit, Case Creation, Unauthorized Entries, etc and published at various frequencies to the senior management and internally. 3. Monitoring and co-coordinating for ad-hoc requirements from senior management, various business segments, Credit & inter departmental. 4. Liaising with various departments & follow-up for collation and preparation of regulatory data. 5. Reviewing and supervision of overseas reporting for Hong Kong & Bahrain.
