Role & responsibilities He/She lead and manage the collections tele calling team focused on recovering outstanding dues through telecallers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manager a team of 10 15 tele calling collection agents and drive collection efficiency as per companys processes. 2. Oversee daily tele calling operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service while facilitating the collection tele-calling process. 3. Track tele calling team performance against targets, ensuring that KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as collection rates, call volume, and recovery goals are met. 4. Monitor call metrics and analyse data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement within the team. 5.
