We are looking for a Team Leader for our Project at, Amravati, Andhra Pradesh. Job Title: Team Leader (Chief Resident Engineer) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Resident Engineer and Team Leader with a Post-Graduate degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 20 years of experience in integrated infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the execution of key project components such as roads, stormwater networks, water supply systems, underground sewerage systems, and underground power networks. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the project, ensuring successful execution across all aspects. Oversee the project staff and maintain control over their activities, ensuring adherence to project standards and guidelines. Interact with ADCL and other stakeholders, maintaining smooth communication and project coordination. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones, managing risks and addressing challenges. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards during project execution. Possess at least 5 years of project management experience, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and contractors. Design experience in roads and utilities is highly desirable.
