Team Leader cum Senior Bridge Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead on-site supervision of a major bridge construction project. Act as the consulting firms representative and primary liaison with the Authority (MoRTH, PD/RO). Oversee and coordinate a multidisciplinary team throughout project execution. Review and approve bridge designs, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and contractual standards. Provide leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication for successful project delivery. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Civil Engineering 15+ years of total experience , including 8+ years as a Team Leader/Project Manager in cable stayed/suspension/extra-dosed bridge projects
