Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of full stack developers in building scalable and high-performing web applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines. Architect robust and secure solutions using both frontend and backend technologies. Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Manage sprint planning, task assignment, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide mentoring to junior developers.
