Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations. Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance. Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives and programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and issues. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR management or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
